Father's Day Frame

Father's Day is right around the corner, and today I wanted to share with you a little altered frame I did for my husband for Father's Day.

I used Garett Smith's Digi pages that are available at http://www.marionsmithdesigns.com to cover a 4x6 wooden frame from the dollar bin. I love the rich tans and masculine motifs in this paper line, so I fussy cut a few of the designs out to use as embellishment on the frame.  The back side of the frame is stained so it has a nice clean look in the back.

In the next few days I want to get a picture of my daughter, son and husband so I can replace the photo before Father's Day.

Have you started working on Father's Day gifts?  If so then be sure to share your projects on the Artsy Addicts facebook page. Don't forget to tag me in the comments. I would love to see them.

Thanks for stopping in today,

Tonya Gibbs

  2. Love this. I especially love the warm toned papers with the black and white photo.
